EMI Romania, part of the EMI Group, promotes an organizational culture based on ethics, integrity, and transparency.
In line with the Group’s values and policies, a secure whistleblowing system has been implemented, available to employees, external partners, and other interested parties.

The reporting platform guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower as well as of those involved in the report.
All transmissions are encrypted, and access to the information is strictly limited to members of the EMI Group Ethics Committee.
