APPLICANT PROFILE:
- A degree in Construction / Electrical engineering / Automation or at least 1 year of experience in the field is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and to concentrate, punctuality, proactive attitude, persuasiveness, initiative, perseverance, eagerness to progress professionally and personally
- Skills in studying and understanding construction projects and blueprints
- Knowledge and experience in PC use (Autocad, Excel, Word,)
- Knowledge of English and / or French and / or German at an intermediate level would be an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyzing the RFP with General Manager / Project Manager to decide whether to participate in the tender
- Receiving tender documentation, studying it, and requesting additional information from applicants, if necessary
- Issuing requests for quotations to specialist sub-contractors (if applicable) and material suppliers
- Evaluating and selecting bids received from sub-contractors together with the general manager / project manager
- Drawing up the tender, technical documentation
- Participating in all phases of the project, from its inception to final acceptance
- Coordinating several projects in parallel
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and allocated budgets
- Participating with the project manager in final meetings with beneficiaries
- Creating or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit or other analyses
- Developing strategies and plans to achieve objectives.
